One of the obligations of the national organization for standardization resulting from the membership in European organizations for standardization CEN and CENELEC is to notify European Commission as well as other members about the pure national standards a member intends to publish. Since a pure national standards could represent a technical barrier to trade, other member states should be warned about this possible danger and they should be provided with the opportunity to give comments or remarks on the draft of such a standard. 

According to the above mentioned obligation, the Institute notifies to the European Commission draft Serbian standards.
On the other hand, on the web site of the Institute, you can find monthly issue of foreign notifications.
